ATTORNEY TUĞÇE ŞENGEZER VATANSEVER
Tuğçe Şengezer Vatansever graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2019 and was listed first in her class. Following her registration with Istanbul Bar Association in 2020, she focuses her practice on advising clients on managing risk and resolving complex disputes relating to M&A, joint ventures, construction contracts and EMI projects. She represents foreign and local clients before arbitral tribunals and domestic courts, mainly in connection with the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. In 2021, she started and is currently pursuing her LLM in Private Law with thesis at Istanbul Bilgi University.

Tuğçe works in the areas of national and international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, law of obligations, contract law, E&M projects and construction law.
