ATTORNEY Sümer ALTAY

Att. Sümer Altay graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1969. He is a practicing attorney, with nearly 50 years of experience. Simultaneously, he headed the departments of Civil Procedure Law and Law of Execution and Bankruptcy of the Istanbul Bar Association Internship Training Centre, which he helped to establish in 1996. He has taught master courses on management and banking law in numerous universities. He contributed to the education of many lawyers.

He authored books in the areas of Civil Procedure Law, law of execution and bankruptcy. Concordat law and mortgage law. He has numerous scientific articles which are published in numerous journals.

Att. Sümer Altay works in the areas of law of execution and bankruptcy, concordat and restructuring law, law of obligations, contract law, commercial law, banking law inheritance law, real estate and construction law, law on liability and compensation.
