Burcu Günaydın graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2008, magna cum laude. Following her registration with Bursa Bar Association in 2009, she obtained her LL.M. degree, completing the Bilgi University Economy Law Masters Program, which included a thesis entitled Anonim Şirketlerde Zorunlu Organ Eksikliğine Dayanan Fesih Davası (Lawsuit for Termination due to lack of Mandatory Bodies of Joint Stock Companies). This work was published as a monographic book in 2012. Subsequently she entered the doctorate program for Private Law at Galatasaray University, where she is currently working on her dissertation. In 2012, she transferred her registration to Istanbul Bar Association, and continues to work as an attorney at law.
